2. What data we collect

Forms: when you send a session request, contact message or newsletter subscription, we receive the data you enter (name, email address, company, the service you are interested in, and your message).
Statistics (only with consent): if you accept statistics cookies, we may measure anonymised site usage via Google Analytics (IP anonymisation enabled).
Technical logs: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security purposes.

3. Why we process it

To answer your request and prepare a proposal (performance of pre-contractual measures, art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To send you our newsletter if you subscribed (consent, art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — you can unsubscribe at any time).
To improve our website (consent for statistics cookies).
To keep the website secure (legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Web fonts are self-hosted on our own server; visiting this website sends no font requests to third parties.

Where a processor transfers personal data outside the EEA (for example Google, when you have consented to statistics cookies), the transfer is safeguarded under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Retention

Form submissions: as long as needed to handle your request, at most 2 years after last contact.
Records relevant to bookkeeping: 7 years (Dutch statutory retention).
Cookie preference: stored in your browser for up to 365 days.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase and receive your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at info@weintensify.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

This policy is governed by Dutch law.
